Q: How do I pay my rent & water bill?
A: All payments should be made to: College Station, 1341 Pohl Rd., Mankato, MN 56001. In addition, payments may be made online at www.collegestationmankato.com/payrent.php
Q: What should I do if I have a maintenance item that needs repaired?
A: Tenants can submit requests online at www.collegestationmankato.com/repair.php. Emergency requests should be reported immediately to Management at 507-388-4722.
Q: Who do I call to set up utilities?
A: Gas is provided by Centerpoint Energy at 800-245-2377. Electric is provided by Xcel Energy at 800-895-4999. Water is billed separately from rent by Management.
Q: Am I allowed to have a sublease my apartment?
A: Yes. All tenants and subtenants are required to sign a Sublease Agreement, which is available online at www.collegestationmankato.com/forms.php, or by stopping by the housing office.
Q: Is security available at the apartment complex?
A: Absolutely. All apartment complexes are equipped with locks to the main entrances, in addition to deadbolt locks on all individual apartments. We have 24hr security personnel that may be reached at 507-388-4722 to assist with any problems.
Q: Do you require a damage deposit prior to moving into a unit?
A: Prior to the move-in date, we require the equivalent of 1 month's rent which will be held as a damage deposit. This money is fully refundable at the end of the tenency as long as the apartment is returned to its original condition.
